No. The fee for painting does not include the cost of the model. However, if the order is for a model not yet owned, an additional amount equal to the price of the model will be needed along with the order’s deposit. 

 

If the model is unavailable, it will take additional time on the order to wait for the model to be available again. Limited run model kits and exclusive box sets are best acquired beforehand.
 

We currently accept PayPal as our primary payment method. 

We do indeed handle rush jobs. However, the cost of the project will go up, as you’re bringing your project to the head of the queue. Let us know the date you’d like to receive your order, and we will adjust your quote accordingly. 

Yes, you will. We will send updates as each order is started and during each step of the overall project. From assembly, to foundation colors, and detail work.
 
Yes. Deposits are required before orders are started. Once you make your order, we will send an invoice to your provided email with a minimum payment due. That minimum payment will be the deposit.
 

Yes. Orders have a minimum of $100 USD. This can range from several models to singular models, depending on which painting tier you would like.

 
Yes we do! We divide scenery into the same painting tiers as other models. Scenery pieces are 3D printed in resin, if the size allows. Larger or bulkier designs are 3d printed in plastic filament.
 
Printing time will add to the order’s overall turnaround time.
 
We do indeed provide bundle discounts for larger orders, involving armies consisting of multiple heroes, squads and vehicles.

Orders run on a “first come, first served” basis. Once your order is made, it will be added to the project queue.
 
Yes, we do. However, additional fees may occur for orders shipping outside the Continental United States.
 
Yes. During each updated step you’ll have the opportunity to make changes. If not satisfied by the projects end, up to three minor revisions can be made (eye color, special effects, weapon color, accessory color). Major revisions (foundation color, rebasing new flock, altered highlights) will increase the end cost.
